Veneto West’s construction partner, Cubix Construction (Danville, CA), is a leader and pioneer in building self-storage facilities. Cubix was the general contractor, design consultant and construction manager for Point Richmond Self Storage, Anchor Self Storage and Oakley Gateway Self Storage. The company will perform the same role for Veneto West’s new project in Gilroy.

Cubix built its first self-storage facility in 1972 and learned that standard commercial construction methods were inefficient for building storage facilities. It developed new design concepts and construction systems that benefit both owners and tenants. Cubix Construction has built more than 20 million square feet of commercial and industrial storage buildings.

Partnership Management

Veneto West acts as the development sponsor of its own investment projects and performs all management functions necessary to conduct business profitably and efficiently. Our partnership-related services include fundraising, sourcing construction financing, bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing. We ensure online access to all required monthly financial reporting necessary to communicate with investor partners, lenders, and tax preparers. For third-party investors, Veneto West provides the same management, accounting and reporting functions necessary to conduct their self-storage business.
