Veneto West owns and operates self-storage facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area and East Texas

Veneto West manages 6,000+ self-storage units in the San Francisco Bay Area and East Texas through its property management affiliate Cubix Asset Management. Cubix Asset Management is owned by Veneto West and Cubix Ventures. In the San Francisco Bay Area, we own and operate Empire Mini Storage in Cloverdale, Point Richmond Self Storage in Richmond, Anchor Self Storage in Vallejo and Oakley Gateway Self Storage in Oakley. We are also currently developing one new project in Gilroy. In Texas, we operate five AAA Self-Storage facilities within Lufkin, Texas and its surroundings. We also perform third-party property management services for self-storage businesses located in Middletown, Danville and Milpitas, CA.
